did you know?

If your insurance company, whether it
is you automobile carrier, your homeowner's coverage, your disability
coverage or any of your other coverages improperly deny your claim The
Andrews Firm will review your claim and your policy. The Texas
Insurance Code requires your carrier to treat your claim with fairness
and to do so promptly. Oftentimes carriers fall well short of the code
requirements on their own insured's claims. If your carrier does this
please contact our firm and we will review the claim on you behalf.

18 Wheeler collisions are treated
differently by The Andrews Firm than automobile collisions because
they are different. The guidelines and regulations commercial truck
drivers must follow are very different than private drivers of
automobiles and the legal expertise required to represent the
personal injury or death victim of an 18 Wheeler collision is very
different as well. The log books are key, the condition and training
of the truck driver is key, the logistical information found within
the truck is key and the insurance coverage required of the trucker is
different than that of a passenger automobile. The Andrews Firm can
investigate and handle your claim with all the expertise needed to
earn you a fair recovery for your injuries.
